The Zia Tiling team takes on tiling, waterproofing, bathroom renovation and pool refurbishment jobs right across metropolitan Melbourne. We are based in Narre Warren South and travel to wherever the job is, from bayside homes to inner-city apartments to family houses in the north and east. Every job, in every suburb, gets the same three things: certified AS 3740:2021 waterproofing done in-house, workmanship backed by eighteen years on the tools, and a free fixed written quote before any work starts.
The same team prepares the substrate, lays the waterproofing membrane and does the tiling. When one contractor owns the whole wet area, there is no gap between trades for a leak to hide in and no one to pass the blame to.
Our certified waterproofing is carried out to AS 3740:2021 by our own team, never subbed out. Waterproofing failure is the most expensive defect in Australian bathrooms, and it is the reason we treat the membrane as the job, not a step in the job.
