Certified AS 3740 waterproofing, done in-house
One trade, one accountability

A bathroom is not one job. It is plastering, rendering, cement sheet or villaboard, screed, waterproofing, tiling and grout. On most jobs those steps are split across different trades.
The Zia Tiling team does all of it in-house. One contractor takes your bathroom from the bare substrate to the final tile and silicone bead. When one trade owns the whole build, there is no one to blame if it leaks, because there is no one else.

Plastering and rendering inside the bathroom.
Cement sheet and villaboard for compliant wet-area substrates.
Screed laid to the right falls so water runs to the waste.
Waterproofing to AS 3740, done in-house.
Tiling to AS 3958.1, walls and floors, including large format and natural stone.
Grout and silicone finished clean and square.
Walls and floors prepared and squared before a tile is cut.
Falls set so the floor drains properly, not just looks flat.
Membrane photographed before tiling, so you can see the work you cannot see later.
Tight, even grout lines and clean silicone beads.
A site protected during the job and cleaned after.
